Who receives them: pool-service companies that are customers of Superior Point Inc. (Superior Pool Routes), at the customer-service number they gave us and agreed to receive texts at. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
What we send: customer-care and account messages, such as a follow-up about one of your customers who contacted us, a notice that a new pool was added to your account, and replies to your questions. You can reply by text, including photos, and our support team will answer. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Frequency and cost: message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no more texts. Reply START to subscribe again.
